Monthly and Quarterly fees can be discounted by 4% if paid on the first of the month, 1 month in advance by standing order. Customers availing themselves of this offer are also agreeing to receive invoices electronically in PDF format. Non payment of charges by the due date would result in disconnection until the full amount shown above is paid.

All prices within this web site are in sterling and exclude VAT.

We offer ADSL at the following speeds:-

* Download: 512kb Upload: 256kb

* Download: 1mb Upload: 256kb

* Download: 2mb Upload: 256kb

Please note all ADSL circuits are subject to a contention ratio.

Contention ratio refers to the maximum number of users you could be sharing your bandwidth with. There are 2 ADSL contention ratios in use by us, 50:1 and 20:1 this is the essential difference between the Home and Business version of the packages. If you have a Home 500 connection this has a 50:1 contention ratio, it is possible that another 49 users could be competing for the 512kb you have. In practice this very rarely happens and even on the slowest ADSL product users typically see a 10x improvement over a 56k modem. SDSL connections have a contention ration of 10:1

We can also offer lease lines from 64k to 2Mb to virtually any location in the UK now, ring for prices

SDSL (Symmetric Digital Subscriber Line) is a service which runs at the same speed for both upload and download the speeds we offer are 256Kb, 512Kb, 1Mb and 2Mb. Availability is limited.

SDSL requires a separate phone line to be installed this is included in the setup fee.
